While The Farmhouse Collection was originally based in traditional 18th and 19th century American and European designs, it has evolved to reflect how people are living in the new century. Brent, with his roots in architecture and contemporary design, enjoys engaging traditional design with cleaner lines. He creates pieces that reflect our modern lives without sacrificing the warmth and comfort of a simpler time.

Brent and Brooke travel extensively seeking inspiration from antiques, art and even contemporary design. This husband and wife team is always inspired by what they experience on their travels. Unique building profiles, the gentle curve of a vase, the pattern on an ancient marble floor or the simple shape of a leaf found in nature can inform Brent's designs. Each piece he sketches, and ultimately builds with his team of master craftsmen, is infiltrated with these experiences and has transitioned The Farmhouse Collection into the eclectic line it is today.
